Is there a customer support?

Customer support is provided by the EN101 Customer Support center. 
First, go to your personal learning center: www.yourname.en101.com. Log in with your username and password. Then,  click to the ‘Learning Center’ icon and you will reach the main panel.Click at the ‘Help101’ icon located at the top right corner to be directed to the Customer Center. Then choose the option ‘Customer Service’. There write your question and sales representative will answer all you questions regarding payments, learning and more. Your answer will be sent to your email you provided upon registration.

I need more help on how to use the program.

First – please review the videos on the www.learnlatvianonline.com main page. 
If you have already enrolled in the program,  log into your own EN101 website www.yourname.EN010.com, with your username and password, then click to the ‘Learning Center’ icon and you will be directed to the main panel. On the main panel at the upper left corner click to the icon: '? Learning Center Instructions' and you will see easy instructions on how to use the program. You can print them for easy review if you like.

There is great free tool on skype where you can see my computer screen online  as I guide you through the learning program. Please note that this tool requires the latest skype version 4.1.0.166.  You can download it at www.skype.com for free. 

I want to try the program first before I enroll.

You are welcome to do so. There are free lessons available for you to try.

Please note that all free lessons are marked with a green diamond. You can try all languages and EN101 KIDS program ( English version only).
 

What is EN101 Inc. refund policy?

En101, Inc., will refund the price of the product purchased (less processing fee) if the request is received WITHIN THREE DAYS (72 HOURS) FROM TIME/DATE OF PURCHASE through the En101 Customer Service Panel (Help 101).
USER must cancel this Agreement (as statetd in enrollment page) by requesting a refund in writing through the En101 Customer Service Panel (Help 101).The refund shall include the price of the En101 Package less a $10.00 processing fee if payment was made by cashiers check or money order and less a $15.00 processing fee if payment was made by credit card or debit card. Cancellation of the purchase of the En101.com Package will cancel all components of the package and void all login access to the website.NO REFUNDS will be issued for upgrades and/or renewals.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for products purchased with the En101 Member Wallet.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ISSUED IF PAID BY MULTI-USER CREDIT CARD.

I want to print my order recipe.

Log into your EN101 website www.yourname.EN101.com, fill in your username and password, then click to the ‘Learning Center’ icon and you will reach the main panel.Click at the ‘Help101’ icon and be directed to the customer center. Then choose the option My Orders. You will see the list you your orders. Click to the order number and you will see your recipe that you can print out.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password as often as you like. First, go to your personal learning center: www.yourname.en101.com. Log with your username and password. Then click to the ‘LearningCenter’ icon and you will reach the main panel.Click at the ‘Help101’ icon located at the top right corner and be directed to the CustomerCenter. Then choose the option ‘Username and Password’ and fill in required fields.Please note that it is advisable to change your password regularly. If you signed up with the assistance of someone else or on a public computer you should change the password the first time you login.You can also create additional password to share. You use the same username. Please note that additional password will not allow access to the customer center.

I went to www.en101.com home page and wanted to register, but I was not able to do it. 

You can only register for EN101 language program through the web page of the person who introduced you. Go to page www.ceeport.en101.com and register through Enrollment page. In case you were introduced to EN101 by somebody else, contact that person for further assistance.
